Formerly a one day Cocoa Mardi Gras Street Party, the event has been transformed in to a four day family festival celebrating the true meaning of the celebration of the Mardi Gras season called The Space Coast Mardi Gras.

The event will feature four days of family fun with a major carnival by Schweers Midways including including FREE and paid concerts all situated along the picturesque Cocoa Riverfront Park.

The Riverfront Park Amphitheatre will feature free entertainment all week.

The Central Brevard Humane Society will present "Paws in the Park" on Sunday at 1pm featuring all kinds of pet contests and fun activities in Riverfront Park. For more information and to enter your pet call 321-636-3343.

Cocoa Main Street will present The VIP Masquerade Party on Saturday night begining at 6pm in the Cocoa Civic Center.

The Saturday night street party and parade of floats presented by Central Florida News 13 will feature many exciting floats, four stages of live entertainment, stilt walkers,a junk-a-roo band and exciting dancers.
