Historic Cocoa Village is located in old, restored downtown Cocoa
between U.S. 1 and the Indian River, adjacent to State Road 520.
It is 20 minutes away from Kennedy Space Center and the beaches
on the Atlantic Ocean -- and less than an hour from Orlando and
the many theme parks [Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea
World, to list only a few] in Central Florida.
From Orlando, travel the Beeline Expressway east to U.S. 1, then
exit south on U.S. 1 and travel 3 more miles, turning east on
State Road 520.
From Interstate 95: Take Exit 75 East on to State Road 520 for
4 miles. Right onto Brevard Avenue.
From Interstate 4 take exit 28 east onto 528 (The Beeline). Exit
onto 520 East and continue for 20 miles. Right onto Brevard Avenue.
From Cocoa Beach, travel north on Highway A1A, then turn west
on State Road 520 -- the intersection by Ron Jon's Surf Shop.
Travel exactly 8 miles -- across the Banana and Indian Rivers
-- and turn left on Brevard Avenue. See the map below for details.
From Melbourne or Titusville, travel along U.S. 1 or I-95 and
exit going east on State Road 520.
Once you cross U.S. 1, Historic Cocoa Village is is one-half
mile on your right.
